High Sierra Pools provides complete management for your swimming pool from facility setup to staffing and operation. We hire only highly motivated and competent lifeguards, pool managers and area supervisors to keep your facility operating smoothly and your residents satisfied. Our proven management and training system will ensure that your swimming pool is always open on time with qualified staff on duty.

Safety is our first priority and our lifeguards and pool manager perform daily inspections of the pool area and filtration systems, as well as an hourly monitoring of the pool water quality. Our supervisors will present you with at least two (2) facility and safety inspections reports a week. High Sierra Pools Inc ensures compliance with all federal, state and county regulations and requirements at all times.

American Red Cross Certified Lifeguard/Pool Operator

All Lifeguards are American Red Cross certified and possess complete certification including: First Aid/CPR/AED/Lifeguarding training and National Swimming Pool Foundation Pool Operator’s certificate. In addition, each lifeguard is trained onsite at each facility to ensure we follow your specific rules and procedures. Our lifeguards’ main concern is the safety of the swimmers, and their daily activities include: scanning the water and pool area continuously, hourly water testing, adjusting chemicals as needed and opening and closing inspections.

Safety Inspector

All Safety Inspectors are a part of our dedicated Safety Department and are certified as American Red Cross Lifeguarding Instructors. Performing frequent and unannounced facility inspections, they provide in-service testing and training to assure that our lifeguards are always in shape, knowledgeable and maintain a “safety-first” focus. This gives you the confidence of another layer of protection.

Area Supervisors

The dedicated customer service you receive comes primarily from our Supervisors. Supervisors perform at least 3 weekly inspections at your facility, deliver chemicals and supplies, train lifeguards and coordinate the overall operation between the customers and our office. They are ready to respond fast to any inquiries and emergencies. Our supervisors are trained as American Red Cross Lifeguard Managers. Our Supervisors really want to get your feedback on our work – a customer satisfaction matrix will be presented weekly to you to evaluate us!

Service Technician

This highly skilled professional is ready to respond to any technical problem, performing timely repairs to reduce any down time. Broken pump or pipe leak – it will be fixed fast. Great support is provided by our full time Service Department.

Schedule Manager

Ensuring that your pool is always open on time with the right number of lifeguards is a main role of our dedicated. Schedule Manager. The Schedule Manager communicates with lifeguards daily to ensure they are aware of the regular schedule and receive timely update if changes are necessary.

Division Manager

The Division Managers work closely with the Supervisor and Schedule Manager providing support and expert advice. They are the best and the most experience employees High Sierra has to offer. They manage the overall operation of the Division leading the spring opening procedures, summer management, coordinating repairs, ensuring code compliance, attending board meetings, and responding to any needs our customers have.
