On any day during the summer season, High Sierra Pools’ lifeguards and staff ensure the safety of hundreds of pools and thousands of patrons. To accomplish this, we employ year-round professionals as well as qualified seasonal staff focused on our core values of safety, service and teamwork.
Lifeguarding for High Sierra is more than just a job: it’s the chance to be an integral part of a community and a role model to the youth that swim there. It’s also an opportunity to join a team of like-minded aquatic professionals dedicated to the highest levels of safety and service. Our management knows the Company’s greatest resource is our staff, and we strive to build solid teams that will make each workday safe and enjoyable for both themselves and their patrons.
In addition to seasonal staff, High Sierra Pools hires full-time lifeguards for our indoor facilities and may have openings throughout the year for service staff, supervisors, managers, etc. Check out our available positions and apply for those that match your qualifications and interest. High Sierra Pools also hires internationally to supplement our seasonal workforce. For information on applying with us on the J-1 Summer Work and Travel Program, visit our “International Applicants” section.
